Theme and response
Each report was tagged against 2 vocabularies, with the model's reason for every tag. A report carries many tags, so the bars say most where they part: the dark share is the reports that named a value their primary tag, and the cells beside it show which kind of bodys tagged it more or less than everyone else.
What the model was asked
Classify each audit/review/integrity report by (a) the subject-matter theme(s) it examines and (b) whether the audited/reviewed body accepted the report's recommendations. Tag only themes the report substantively examines; use the audited entity's stated response for recommendation acceptance (not the report's own tone).
